The key topics at our booth were LINTEC’s latest equpiment-developments: our Fully-Automatic Wafer Mounter RAD-2510F/8 and our Fully-Automatic LED-UV Irradiation System RAD-2020F/12. These new systems generated significant interest among attendees, showcasing our commitment to providing advanced, high quality and high precision technologies for back-end wafer processing.
Our RAD-2510F/8 Wafer Mounter is perfectly suited for processing SiC and GaN material and is designed for precision and efficiency, ensuring superior performance in the mounting process. Meanwhile, RAD-2020F/12 LED-UV Irradiation System surprises with the option of a selectable LED-UV light source. The machine can either be equipped with a high pressure mercury lamp or LINTEC’s new LED-UV system. RAD-2020F/12 offers state-of-the-art UV processing capabilities, further enhancing productivity while at the same time significantly reducing consumption of precious energy for our customers.
